The dashboard of RightSelect.com is the nerve center for our customers! Here, all the data you generate through RightSelect.com (from testing, assessments, and the ActionPop and ActionTop, the PMS) is represented graphically, so in one glance all your management information is available.

The dashboards through RightSelect.com are completely modular and configurable to your needs. RightSelect.com use a dedicated server of Interconnect with a fiber-optic internet connection.

Special attention goes to the Behaviour Analysis System, called BAS.

Behaviour Analysis System (BAS)

BAS is a user friendly, web-based auditing and behaviour analysis tool. It is a integrated system by which the behaviour required to achieve performance at every level in the organization where performance is controlled, measured and analyzed. BAS measures, tracks and analyses behaviour patters of steering accountability meetings within the Performance behaviour© concept of Flecto.

BAS provides your organization a tool with which to measure and conduct group, which issues that affect performance – at every level in the organization quickly and efficiently taken up and can be improved.

BAS also offers employees and managers the opportunity to formulate concrete requests for help so quickly and targeted support can be offered, one hand in the efficient and effective running of meetings and other in the performance of employees in their daily work.

Use of BAS

The system is offered as Software As A Service (SAAS). This means that the system’s servers will run RightSelect.com, so no changes need to be in the existing IT infrastructure to the customer.
